The Process
What We Do, How We Do It
1. Schedule A Call
Get started by visiting our schedule a call page on our website to set up a free phone consultation. During the call we will discuss all the details related to your remodeling project and the motivations behind it. If we are the right fit for each other, an onsite visit will be scheduled.
2. On-site Consultation & Estimate
During our on site visit, we will get a feel for the layout, design aspect and look for any potential problems that may arise during the remodel. You will then receive a preliminary estimate outlining expectations and budgets.
3. Design Phase
Time to get creative! Design your dream and allow the space to come to life before your eyes with 2D layouts, material selections, virtual mood boards and 3D design renderings. A design consultation fee will be collected at this point.
4. Contract Signing
After our designs fuel the remodeling fire and exceed your expectation, a final contract will be put together and delivered to you. The contract will outline costs, timelines, payment structure, warranties/guarantees, expectation and breakdown the scope of work in detail. Once the contract is signed, the initial deposit is then collected.
5. Pre-Construction Walkthrough
Before the work starts a pre-construction walkthrough is in place where confirmations will be made about materials and scope of work to further manage expectations.
6. Hammer To Nails
We finally get to work on your dream remodel. During this process you will have access to written progress reports to stay informed about every aspect of the job.
7. Clean Up
After all the work is completed a professional cleaner is brought in to ensure your coming back to a spotless home.
8. Final Walk Through
A final walk through of the entire project ensuring every detail exceeds your expectation. This is where a final approval and payment will be given.
